Having worked as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistant for 20 + years, I have always been struck by the number of people living with chronic head, neck and jaw pain. My goal and passion is to help clients manage their pain more effectively through the use of massage, stretching and strengthening exercises. All of my treatments and techniques are evidence based and are specific to my clients needs.

As a proud West Michigan native, I enjoy all things Michigan. I have lived in different areas of the State over the last several years, but am happy to call West Michigan my home again. While I enjoy many outdoor activities with family and friends, spending time with my dog ranks high on my list of favorite things to do.
